Nublue Launch New Fuel Fighter Ecommerce Website.

2017 has started with a bang for Lancaster based eCommerce agency Nublue. A string of client wins and new site launches have been confirmed already this year, the latest of which is a shiny new site for heating oil supply business, Fuel Fighter.

Fuel Fighter has been supplying fuel online for nearly a decade, through a small number of carefully selected, trusted, independent heating oil suppliers. They came to Nublue looking for a completely custom built and flexible website that suits both their needs and those of their customers.

The new site needed to fit several criteria and it was necessary for Nublue to build the development in Cake PHP – a rapid development framework that enables the creation of completely bespoke and unique systems. This allowed them to offer Fuel Fighter flexible working solutions and better control over how orders are received and processed. Alongside the back-end flexibility, front end improvements have been made too. Such as a stylish, conversion focused design and clever user-experience enhancements like a refined quote generation tool and a better search function.

Fuel Fighter came to Nublue to help them create a website that offers them much more control over what they can do online.
