After four successful and innovative years, the current Chief Executive has decided it is time to seek challenges elsewhere. He leaves behind an organisation that is focused, highly regarded and on a journey towards being financially sustainable. We now seek a driven and highly motivated individual to be the new Chief Executive and are particularly interested in applicants who believe they possess the fortitude to make our vision of Mental Wellbeing for All their own, and the ability to strengthen Mind’s position across the varied sectors and geographies that make up Lancashire.
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary grade: starting salary Scale PO9 point 54 (£48,603) - point 56 (£50,635), dependent on skills and experience
Responsible to: Chair of the Board of Trustees
Location: based in Chorley with extensive travel across Lancashire and nationally

A partnership builder that understands explicitly how you position a small organisation to have maximum impact and influence.
